Job Title: RICS SURVEYOR & REGISTERED VALUER

We are seeking an experienced RICS Surveyor & Registered Valuer to cover the Guildford / Surrey area. The role will be to conduct high-quality residential and commercial valuations and surveys, providing expert advice and reports to support informed client property decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assoc RICS or fully RICS-qualified Surveyor and Registered Valuer (VRS) to join a respected and expanding London based surveying firm and cover the Guildford area. The successful candidate will carry out detailed valuations and surveys across a wide range of residential and commercial properties.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting residential and commercial property surveys and valuations
• Producing accurate, detailed, and professional valuation reports
• Managing client relationships and providing expert advice
• Carrying out inspections and assessments of various property types
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality surveying services
• Ensuring compliance with RICS standards and industry regulations
• Maintaining records and managing project workflows efficiently 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Assoc RICS or RICS qualification (essential)
• Registered Valuer (VRS) status (essential)
• Experience conducting residential and/or commercial property surveys and valuations
• Strong analytical, reporting, and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional approach and commitment to accuracy and integrity
