A skilled and motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator is required to support residential sales and lettings activity, deliver excellent service, and drive new business within a professional agency in Nine Elms.

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator with strong selling and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a personable manner. The ideal candidate will be a committed team player with a passion for residential property. A proven track record in sales and/or lettings, alongside familiarity with the local area, will be a significant advantage.

Candidates should be energetic, proactive, articulate, and confident in both written and spoken communication. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Supporting the sales and lettings process across the branch

• Handling enquiries and conducting viewings

• Securing new instructions and generating business

• Liaising with buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors

• Ensuring strong client communication throughout transactions

• Providing excellent customer service at all times

• Maintaining accurate records and following compliance procedures

• Representing the company professionally within the local area

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential estate agency

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator and/or Lettings Negotiator

• Strong sales and negotiation ability

• High level of customer service skills

• Positive telephone manner and confident communication

• Well presented, ambitious, and self-motivated

• Knowledge of South West London and surrounding areas (helpful)

• Full driving licence and own car (essential)

• A professional and committed approach to estate agency
