We are working with a forward-thinking independent Sales and Lettings agency based in Dartford, seeking a confident and proactive Sales & Lettings Negotiator.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties

• Conducting property viewings and following up with feedback

• Negotiating offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

• Supporting the sales and lettings process through to completion

• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships

• Prospecting for new business via phone and face-to-face engagement

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential sales and/or lettings (minimum one required)

• Strong customer service and telesales skills

• Energetic, articulate, and well-presented

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and genuine interest in property

• Knowledge of Dartford and surrounding areas (advantageous)

• Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)

• Professional, reliable, and motivated
