What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading the sales team and supporting branch performance

• Winning new instructions and driving listing activity

• Developing strong business relationships in the local market

• Ensuring targets and profitability are achieved

• Maintaining high levels of customer service

• Working closely with directors to grow the branch

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales

• Instruction-winning and valuation experience

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Ability to motivate and manage a sales team

• Focused on hitting targets and business growth

• Full UK driving license essential
