On behalf of our client, a highly respected and well-established professional property firm in the South West, we are seeking an experienced and driven Residential Sales Manager and experienced lister to join their successful office in Minehead.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing and developing the residential sales department in the Minehead office

• Generating new instructions and building the sales portfolio

• Supporting and mentoring team members to achieve targets

• Developing strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and stakeholders

• Overseeing the sales process from instruction to completion

• Ensuring compliance with current property legislation and internal processes

• Driving marketing initiatives and managing listing visibility

• Representing the brand with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property sales

• Previous team leadership or management experience is desirable

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Able to work under pressure and prioritise effectively

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential

• NAEA or similar industry qualification (or willing to work towards it)
