What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Achieve sales targets and profitability

• Win new instructions and retaining current clients

• Conduct property valuations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants

• Help lead and motivate the sales team

• Contribute to local marketing and promotional strategies

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales

• Valuation and instruction-winning experience

• Strong relationship-building skills

• Motivated team player with leadership potential

• Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude

• Full UK driving licence

• Local knowledge of the Reading area preferred
