A highly regarded independent estate agency in Battersea is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to lead their successful team and continue building market share in this vibrant South West London location.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager looking to step up, or an existing Sales Manager wanting to bring their expertise to a forward-thinking agency. The ideal candidate will combine strong listing skills with leadership ability, ensuring both personal and team success in a competitive market. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage and motivate the residential sales team to achieve targets
• Carry out property valuations and win instructions
• Drive new business opportunities and maximise revenue
• Deliver exceptional client care and uphold company standards
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Oversee the sales process from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth client journey 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Solid background in estate agency sales with a proven track record
• Strong listing and negotiating skills
• Previous experience in a senior sales role or team management
• Professional, articulate, and highly motivated
• Knowledge of the Battersea / South West London market (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• A strong team player with the ability to inspire confidence in clients and colleagues
