A key opportunity for an experienced estate agency Sales Manager who is looking to develop their career with a strong local independent company: running the residential sales operation! You’ll lead on valuations, instructions, and team motivation. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Win valuations and secure instructions at appropriate fees.
• Lead, support and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations and pipeline management.
• Drive revenue growth and maintain strong market presence.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and deliver excellent service.
• Ensure effective time management and structured workflow across the team.
