What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions
• Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
• Overseeing the sales process from instruction to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Identifying opportunities to increase market share
• Ensuring branch profitability and customer satisfaction
• Representing the company professionally in the local community 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales
• Strong record of winning instructions and closing deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a sales team
• A proactive, target-driven attitude with commercial awareness
• Full UK driving licence
• Local knowledge of Ashtead and surrounding areas (preferred)
