An exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager / Lister to lead and inspire a successful Estate Agency team in Petersfield: delivering outstanding results and exceptional client service.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join a dynamic, independent Estate Agency based in Petersfield.

This role is ideal for an experienced property professional with proven success in residential sales and listings. If you’re currently a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager seeking your next step up, this is the perfect opportunity to progress your career.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading day-to-day sales operations within a busy Estate Agency office
• Generating new business through effective prospecting and networking
• Conducting market appraisals, valuations, and property listings
• Supporting and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and strong client relationships
• Driving performance and maintaining high professional standards 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven residential Estate Agency sales experience
• Strong listing and valuation background
• Excellent sales and negotiation ability
• Experience managing or mentoring a team (advantageous)
• High-level customer service and communication skills
• Professional, well-presented, and self-motivated approach
• Knowledge of the Petersfield area is an advantage
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
• Proactive, target-driven, and results-focused mindset
