This role offers the chance for a motivated and professional Sales Negotiator, with some experience in property or sales, to join a busy independent agency in the Chandlers Ford / Eastleigh area.

The perfect candidate will be smart, engaging and have a love of delivering exceptional customer service. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Booking and conducting property viewings

• Building and maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities

• Promoting the company and its services at every opportunity

• Maintaining regular contact with applicants and vendors

• Delivering outstanding customer service in all interactions

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in estate agency or sales/customer-facing role

• Confident sales and/or telesales background

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

• Strong customer service focus

• Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Professional, well-presented, and articulate

• Local knowledge of Chandlers Ford / Eastleigh area helpful

• Full UK driving licence required
