Our client, a respected independent Sales and Lettings agency with a strong presence across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, is seeking an ambitious Sales Negotiator for this exciting role.

The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a busy, professional environment and will benefit from excellent earnings, career growth opportunities, and supportive colleagues. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Driving property sales and achieving office and personal targets
  • Conducting valuations and listing properties (preferred but not essential)
  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Managing negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
  • Ensuring all administrative and compliance tasks are completed accurately 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous property sales experience essential
  • Valuation and listing experience desirable
  • NFOPP / NAEA qualification beneficial (not essential)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service focus and telephone manner
  • Professional, articulate, and well-presented
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Knowledge of Eaton Bray and surrounding areas advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence and own car required
