We’re working with a dynamic and expanding Estate Agency group with offices in the Bromley area.

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator who thrives on property sales and wants to progress within an energetic, customer-focused, and locally respected high street brand. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Providing regular feedback and updates to clients
• Generating new business and supporting marketing activities
• Ensuring a professional, customer-focused approach at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experienced residential estate agent with proven sales success
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and telephone manner
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
• Smart, professional appearance and positive attitude
• Knowledge of the Bromley area advantageous
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
