 WANTED! An experienced, dynamic property Sales Negotiator to focus on conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales in the Chigwell area. Ideal for an enthusiastic negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys closing deals.

You will play a key role in converting opportunities and ensuring smooth transactions for buyers and vendors.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Progressing sales from offer to completion
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Updating sales records and reporting to management
• Supporting the branch in achieving sales targets
• Assisting the team with ad-hoc sales-related tasks
• Preparing property marketing materials and maintaining accurate records 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential property
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, professional, and well-presented
• Positive attitude, motivated, and results-driven
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Local knowledge of Chigwell and surrounding areas advantageous
• Full UK driving licence desirable
