Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven Residential Sales Negotiator looking to progress their career with a long-established independent estate agency with successful offices across Buckinghamshire.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and managing buyers
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Excellent sales ability with a proactive approach
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Gerrards Cross / Buckinghamshire area (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
• Professional and target-driven approach to estate agency
