What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the sales process from applicant registration through to completion.
• Conducting property viewings and negotiations with buyers and vendors.
• Generating new business through proactive prospecting and client relationship building.
• Maintaining exceptional customer service standards throughout every transaction.
• Assisting in achieving personal sales targets.
• Using your knowledge of the local market to provide accurate property valuations and advice.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and personable.
• Knowledge of Chertsey and surrounding areas is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence essential (own car preferred).
• Well-presented and professional approach.
• Highly self-motivated
