An opportunity for an experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to join a respected independent estate agency in the Whitstable area: handling residential sales, client relationships, and progressing transactions through to completion.

This role suits an experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator looking to continue developing their career within a respected independent agency operating in North Kent. You will play a key role in sales delivery and client engagement. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering buyers and sellers and managing ongoing relationships
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
• Assisting with property listings and valuations
• Progressing sales from offer to completion
• Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants
• Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch targets 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales
• Valuation and listing experience advantageous
• Strong customer service skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Well presented, motivated, and organised
• Knowledge of the North Kent area beneficial
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Car owner/driver
• Professional approach to estate agency
