The role is ideal for a motivated Sales Negotiator looking to develop their career further with a respected local brand. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting viewings and negotiating sales between buyers and vendors
• Managing offers and progressing sales through to completion
• Supporting valuations and instructions to win new business
• Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers and sellers
• Building strong relationships with clients and the local community
• Proactively identifying new sales opportunities 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential sales experience (essential)
• Proven sales ability with excellent negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of customer service focus
• Positive telephone manner and professional presentation
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Excellent knowledge of Ashford and surrounding area (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency
