What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Selling residential properties
• Spotting and acting on new business opportunities
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Conducting viewings and negotiations
• Building and maintaining client relationships 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Estate Agency sales experience (essential)
• Proven ability to close sales
• High-level customer service skills
• Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
• Ambitious, well-presented and self-motivated
• Proactive and driven
• Knowledge of Horsham area (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence and own car (essential)
• Professional approach to Estate Agency
