Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum DOE

Worth Recruiting is seeking a confident, professional, and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator for a well-established independent Sales & Lettings Agency based in Reading.

This role is open to candidates with previous residential sales experience as well as those early in their estate agency career looking for their next step. What matters most is the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to succeed in the property industry. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling property viewings and negotiations

• Building and maintaining client relationships

• Generating new business opportunities

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Providing outstanding customer service

• Conducting market appraisals (if experienced)

• Progressing sales through to completion

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Property Sales Negotiator (preferred but not essential)

• Confident and enthusiastic with strong sales potential

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Positive telephone manner and professional appearance

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Knowledge of the Reading area (a bonus)

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

• Willingness to learn and grow within the business
