What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling sales enquiries and conducting property viewings

• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Generating new business and promoting company services

• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales journey

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential estate agency

• Strong sales ability and negotiation skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Smart, articulate, and well-presented

• Local knowledge of the Blackheath area is a bonus

• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
