Estate Agency LISTER / VALUER - A great opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional to develop an exciting career with a successful modern independent estate agency in the Sittingbourne area. Potential Managerial opportunity for a candidate with the right experience, ability and attitude.

The role will involve winning new instructions, building exceptional client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Valuer or Senior Negotiator who enjoys generating new business and building strong relationships with sellers.

Working for a modern, forward-thinking independent agency, you will play a key role in market appraisal activity, instruction winning, and supporting the wider sales team. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Carrying out residential market appraisals and valuations
• Winning new sales instructions and building pipeline
• Advising vendors on pricing and marketing strategies
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting the sales team with new stock generation
• Representing the company professionally in the local market
• Keeping accurate records of valuations and follow-ups
• Contributing to overall branch performance 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales
• Valuation and listing experience preferred
• Strong instruction-winning and negotiation skills
• Confident and professional communication style
• High standard of customer service
• Organised and proactive approach
• Knowledge of the Sittingbourne / Kent area beneficial
• Full UK driving licence essential
