A growing brokerage is seeking a motivated and service-driven Mortgage Broker to join its team. The business supports clients with complex needs, values collaboration, and encourages advisors to develop professionally while delivering clear, honest and solution-focused advice. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice across residential, buy-to-let and specialist lending.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, introducers and lenders.
• Stay informed on products, lender criteria and market shifts.
• Maintain accurate records and meet compliance standards.
• Share knowledge, insights and problem-solving approaches with the wider team.
• Demonstrate a values-driven approach focused on integrity, learning and client success. 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor.
• CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Strong track record of positive client outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases proactively.
• Team-oriented mindset with a solutions-focused approach.
