Job Title: SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Lettings

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Worth Recruiting is working with a highly successful independent boutique estate agency with a strong reputation in Wimbledon Village.

They are now looking for an energetic and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This exciting role will focus on building the lettings register, developing strong client and landlord relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the branch. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Growing and maintaining the lettings property register

• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants

• Conducting valuations and winning new instructions

• Building excellent rapport with clients and landlords

• Assisting in managing and developing the lettings team

• Maximising branch profitability

• Delivering first-class customer service at all times

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings essential

• Valuation and instruction-winning experience highly beneficial

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Team management or mentoring experience an advantage

• Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner

• Ambitious, well-presented, and self-motivated

• Knowledge of the Wimbledon Village / SW19 area advantageous

• Full UK driving licence essential

• Professional, energetic, and target-driven
