A highly successful local independent estate and lettings agency is seeking a Senior Property Manager to assist in the management of their portfolio of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have strong property management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

An ARLA qualification is desirable, and experience in serving notices will be an advantage. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a reputable company with strong local roots. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a substantial residential property portfolio
• Maintaining excellent relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handling tenancy renewals, inspections, and compliance checks
• Dealing with maintenance issues and coordinating contractors
• Serving S21 and S8 notices where required
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company standards
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
• Prioritising workload effectively and working to deadlines 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in property management and residential lettings
• ARLA qualification (advantageous)
• Experience serving S21 and S8 notices (beneficial)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Professional, positive, and a confident team player
• Full UK driving license and own car (essential)
• Willingness to stay updated with training and legislation
