What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Handling tenant and landlord queries professionally and efficiently
• Coordinating maintenance and repair works
• Ensuring legal compliance and up-to-date records
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Liaising with contractors and third-party suppliers
• Keeping up to date with training and legislation 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential Property Management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Highly organised with excellent time management
• Confident team player with a professional attitude
• Willingness to keep up to date with training and industry changes
• Full UK driving licence and own transport essential
