Our client, a well-established independent Estate Agency with a strong presence in Sussex, is seeking a capable and experienced Senior Property Manager to support the management of their extensive residential lettings portfolio in Haywards Heath.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties
• Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
• Handling maintenance, inspections, and compliance
• Managing tenancy issues, notices, and deposit negotiations
• Providing high-quality customer service and support
• Coordinating with contractors and third parties
• Ensuring accurate documentation and records 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Extensive experience in residential property management
• Knowledge of property legislation and processes
• Strong telephone manner and customer care skills
• Calm, organised, and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills
• Knowledge of Haywards Heath and surrounding area (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, self-motivated, and well-presented
