You’ll play a key role in driving sales success, providing top-tier customer service, and maintaining the company’s strong local reputation.

• Assisting the branch in winning new business and retaining clients
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Driving profitability and achieving sales targets
• Working effectively in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Representing the company professionally in all interactions 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales
• Strong business relationship-building skills
• Motivated to lead and inspire a team
• Proven ability to win new business
• Full UK driving license
• Local knowledge of Slough is advantageous
• Excellent communication, punctuality, and presentation
