Senior Sales Negotiator required to manage residential sales in Chertsey, handling viewings, negotiations, and client relationships while progressing earnings and career within an independent estate agency full-time role with responsibility.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a respected independent Estate and Lettings Agent based in Chertsey. This role suits someone with residential sales experience who is seeking greater progression and improved earning potential within a supportive, professional environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing residential property sales from instruction to completion

• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service

• Generating and progressing sales opportunities

• Supporting branch performance and contributing to team targets

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential estate agency sales

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Excellent telephone manner

• Professional and well-presented appearance

• Self-motivated with a desire to progress

• Local knowledge of the Chertsey area preferred

• Full UK driving licence required
