An opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a prestigious property consultancy in Bow, taking a key role in residential sales, listings, valuations, and client relationships within the East London market.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a forward-thinking property company and hit the ground running with a friendly local team.
You will play a central role in managing sales activity, increasing market share, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and sellers. The role requires confidence in handling listings and valuations alongside day-to-day sales negotiation.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing and progressing residential property sales
- Carrying out property viewings and negotiating offers
- Conducting property listings and market appraisals
- Providing accurate valuations to prospective vendors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Contributing to the growth of market share in the local area
- Delivering high standards of customer service
- Working collaboratively as part of a busy and professional team
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential property sales
- Previous experience carrying out listings and valuations
- Exposure to the London property market
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Professional and well-presented manner
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Motivated, punctual, articulate, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Will also consider strong Sales Negotiators ready for promotion
