An effective and experienced Area Sales & Lettings Manager needed to oversee residential sales and lettings across Tunbridge Wells & South East London: managing multiple branches, winning instructions, leading teams, and ensuring excellent client service.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales & Lettings Manager to lead multiple branches in Tunbridge Wells and South London.

You will focus on driving sales and lettings growth, winning instructions, and supporting teams to maximise performance and client satisfaction. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Lead sales and lettings operations across assigned branches
• Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
• Build strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and applicants
• Support and guide branch teams to achieve sales and lettings targets
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to increase market share
• Deliver high standards of customer service throughout the sales and lettings process
• Coach staff in sales and lettings processes to enhance results
• Report on team performance and pipeline to senior management 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential sales and lettings
• Strong record in valuations and winning instructions
• Branch management experience or team leadership advantageous
• ARLA / NFOPP qualifications desirable but not essential
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident in motivating and supporting teams
• Local knowledge of Tunbridge Wells and SE London property market
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Professional, polished, and credible approach with clients
