Senior Sales Negotiator required for a busy Hitchin estate agency branch to handle sales progression, win new business, negotiate offers, and deliver strong results across residential property sales activity.

An experienced Senior Sales Negotiator is required for a high-performing estate agency branch in Hitchin. This role suits a confident property sales professional with a solid track record in instructions, negotiations, and customer service. You will be expected to contribute immediately to branch revenue, support junior staff, and help grow local market share.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Negotiating residential property sales from offer to completion
• Generating and converting new business opportunities
• Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Following up leads and enquiries to maximise conversions
• Supporting vendors with pricing, feedback, and sales strategy
• Progressing agreed sales and liaising with solicitors and buyers
• Delivering high levels of customer service throughout the process
• Contributing to branch targets and performance goals 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum two years’ experience in residential estate agency sales
• Strong track record in property sales and new business generation
• Confident negotiator with closing ability
• Professional and effective telephone manner
• High customer service standards
• Proactive and self-motivated approach
• Well presented and credible with clients
• Local knowledge of Hitchin or surrounding areas helpful
• Full UK driving licence essential
