Valuation Sales Manager required to lead property valuations, win instructions, manage a team, and provide an exceptional client experience while contributing to sales growth across the Dartford area.

A property sales opportunity has arisen for a Valuations Sales Manager in Dartford. This role focuses on winning property instructions, managing a team, and delivering excellent client service. It suits someone experienced in valuations and listings, confident building client relationships, and able to manage multiple priorities while achieving targets. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions across all price ranges
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Manage, coach, and support a team of sales negotiators
• Develop strategies to grow local market share
• Ensure all listings are accurate, competitive, and presented professionally
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective vendors and buyers
• Monitor team performance and report on key metrics
• Coordinate with marketing to promote listings and maximise exposure
• Handle client queries and follow up on leads to close instructions 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experienced residential estate agent with a track record in valuations and listings
• Success in managing or leading a team
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional and credible approach to clients
• Knowledge of Dartford and surrounding areas desirable
• Confident with telephone and in-person client interactions
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
