We are seeking an experienced, organised Branch Sales Administrator / Office Manager for an energetic independent estate agency in Kingston upon Thames. This role requires strong administrative skills, estate agency knowledge, and excellent customer service.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous estate agency administration experience who lives within easy reach of the Kingston area and is with a small, energetic and friendly team.
The role demands professionalism, structure, efficiency, and exceptional communication skills.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Managing daily office administration tasks
Supporting branch operations and staff
Handling client communications, both written and verbal
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards
Contributing to a positive, professional, and efficient office environment
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Experienced estate agency administrator; estate agency background preferred
Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
High level of customer service skills
Professional telephone manner and positive attitude

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of the local area is advantageous
