Our client is a highly respected independent estate agency specialising in the South West London property market, is looking for an ambitious and engaging Sales Negotiator to join their team

The successful candidate will have proven estate agency sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handle residential property sales from instruction to completion

• Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective buyers

• Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for clients

• Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers

• Work towards and exceed personal and team sales targets

• Identify new business opportunities to increase market share

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experienced residential estate agent

• Proven track record in property sales

• Excellent negotiation and sales skills

• High standard of customer service and client care

• Professional telephone manner and positive attitude

• Well-presented, articulate, and self-motivated

• Knowledge of the Barnes/Putney area (advantageous)

• Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)

• Professional, target-driven work ethic
