An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Residential Property Manager to join a dynamic, independent Lettings agency with offices in Swindon.

With thriving sales and lettings departments and an excellent local reputation, the company is seeking an experienced, friendly, well-presented, and ambitious professional to manage a local residential property portfolio while building excellent relationships with clients. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Liaise effectively with landlords and tenants
• Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and company policies
• Handle maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in property management or residential lettings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of customer service expertise
• Positive attitude and excellent telephone manner
• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Swindon and surrounding area (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Professional, proactive approach to estate agency
