Job Title: LETTINGS MANAGER – Estate Agent

An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Lettings Manager in Islington to lead a successful team, generate new lettings instructions, and deliver outstanding results within a respected independent estate agency.

This is a wonderful chance for an experienced, proactive, and ambitious Lettings Manager to head up the lettings team in Islington. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential lettings, team management, and business development. You will be motivated to grow the lettings portfolio, win instructions, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Familiarity with the local market and an ARLA qualification are advantageous. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading and motivating the lettings team to achieve targets
• Conducting valuations and securing lettable instructions
• Generating new business and expanding the lettings portfolio
• Delivering high levels of customer service to landlords and tenants
• Managing team performance and providing support and guidance
• Reporting on team and branch performance to directors
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislation 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential lettings (essential)
• Previous management experience, leading a team successfully
• Experience in valuations and winning lettings instructions
• NFOPP / ARLA qualification beneficial (not essential)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Confident, articulate, and professional presentation
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Knowledge of Islington and surrounding areas advantageous
• Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency
