A successful and well-established independent Estate & Lettings Agency in Woking is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their professional and driven team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling lettings enquiries and conducting viewings
• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Matching tenants to suitable properties
• Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
• Delivering a high standard of customer service
• Building relationships with landlords and applicants
• Promoting the company brand and upholding standards 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Residential lettings experience essential
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Confident, well-presented, and professional manner
• Local area knowledge (Woking and surroundings) beneficial
• Full UK Driving Licence and own car essential
• Proactive and target-driven approach
• Positive, team-player attitude
