A leading independent Estate Agency in Woking is seeking a motivated and experienced Lettings Lister / Instruction Winner to join their dynamic lettings team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting lettings valuations and winning new instructions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Negotiating fees and service terms confidently
• Working closely with the lettings team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Providing expert advice to landlords and prospective clients
• Promoting the company brand and services effectively 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential lettings
• Strong background in valuations and listing properties
• High level of sales ability and negotiation skills
• Exceptional customer service and client-facing presence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well-presented, professional and driven
• Knowledge of Woking and surrounding areas is advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence and own car essential
