Join a busy Colindale lettings team, handling enquiries, viewings, negotiations and client relationships. Ideal for a motivated negotiator with London market experience and strong communication skills.

An opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator with some previous experience, to join a professional residential agency in Colindale. You’ll play a key role in managing applicants, securing lets and supporting the growth of the lettings portfolio. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Register applicants and match them with suitable properties.
• Conduct viewings and deliver strong follow-up to secure lets.
• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.
• Maintain an organised pipeline and accurate admin.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage enquiries professionally.
• Support the team and contribute to business growth. 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential lettings experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident telephone manner and professional presentation.
• Self-motivated, organised and detail-focused.
• Knowledge of the London market.
• Full UK driving licence.
