A respected independent Sales and Lettings Agency in North Finchley are seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator.

This role is ideal for an articulate, confident professional with proven residential lettings experience. The successful candidate will focus on managing landlord and tenant relationships, negotiating tenancies, and providing first-class service. Local candidates and car owners are preferred. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and tenancy agreements
• Generating new business opportunities
• Maintaining high standards of customer service
• Progressing lettings from instruction to move-in
• Representing the agency professionally at all times 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a residential Lettings Negotiator
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Confident telephone manner and professional attitude
• Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Finchley area advantageous
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Professional, positive, and client-focused approach
