What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing new build sites, both off-plan and on-site

• Handling sales from initial inquiry through to completion

• Building rapport with clients and potential buyers

• Staying up-to-date with planning rules and building regulations

• Weekend working required

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous New Homes experience is essential

• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer service

• Ability to build rapport and identify opportunities

• Familiarity with planning and building regulations

• Excellent communication skills

• Full driving license and own car preferred
