Worth Recruiting is working with a successful and well-regarded independent estate agency in Earlsfield that is looking to hire an experienced Property Manager.

This is a great role for a capable, organised, and proactive individual who can manage a residential property portfolio while delivering top-tier customer service to both landlords and tenants. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team within a well-established local brand. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties

• Handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs

• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors

• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation

• Problem-solving and resolving tenant queries

• Conducting inspections and managing check-ins/check-outs

• Keeping accurate records and documentation

• Working collaboratively with the lettings and accounts teams

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management

• Good knowledge of current lettings legislation

• Highly organised and able to manage a varied workload

• Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Confident telephone manner and professional attitude

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Familiarity with the Earlsfield area (preferred)
