A reputable independent Sales and Lettings Agency in Northwood are seeking a skilled and organised Property Manager.

The successful candidate will have proven residential property management experience and the ability to maintain excellent landlord and tenant relationships. You will be proactive, calm under pressure, and able to resolve issues efficiently while providing first-class service. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing residential properties and tenancies
• Building and maintaining landlord and tenant relationships
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
• Resolving property management issues effectively and efficiently
• Handling enquiries and providing high levels of customer service
• Prioritising workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Liaising with contractors and external service providers 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property management
• Good knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
• Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Professional approach with high customer service standards
• Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Knowledge of Northwood area beneficial
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
