We are seeking a highly capable and ambitious Sales Lister / Instruction Winner to join a reputable and fast-growing estate agency based on the Isle of Wight.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting property valuations and securing instructions

• Delivering outstanding service to vendors and prospective clients

• Building strong local relationships and business opportunities

• Generating and converting sales leads

• Meeting personal and team performance targets

• Promoting the agency and enhancing its presence across the island

• Working collaboratively within a dynamic and professional sales team

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Estate agency sales experience essential

• Proven ability to win listings and instructions

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Highly self-motivated and target-driven

• Smart, professional, and well-presented

• Able to work efficiently under pressure

• Strong telephone sales and rapport-building ability

• Local knowledge of the Isle of Wight advantageous

• Full UK driving license and car required
