Our client, a well-regarded independent estate agency, is seeking a confident and ambitious Sales Negotiator to help drive new business, close deals, and deliver outstanding customer service.

This is a perfect next step if you're currently working as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Manager and looking to develop your career in a thriving and supportive environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Generating and attending market appraisals and valuations
• Securing new instructions and listings
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Assisting in daily branch operations and contributing to business growth 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential sales (essential)
• Proven track record of winning instructions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Target driven with a proactive mindset
• Full UK driving licence
