What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading the sales department to achieve branch targets and profitability
• Winning new instructions and driving new business opportunities
• Retaining and developing strong client relationships
• Motivating and managing the sales team
• Assisting directors with strategic growth and business planning
• Prioritising workload effectively and working to deadlines 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales
• Strong track record of winning instructions and listings
• Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Ambition to progress and succeed within a growing agency
• Full UK driving licence
