Job Title: SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agent

Salary: OTE £35,000+ per annum

We’re seeking a talented property Sales Negotiator to join our client’s Twickenham office – a growing local branch with a strong portfolio of residential properties and plenty of opportunities to win new business.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties in the Twickenham area
• Responding to buyer enquiries and arranging/conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Building strong, lasting relationships with buyers and sellers
• Promoting additional services, including financial and legal referrals
• Generating new business through networking, referrals, and local canvassing 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property sales
• Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset
• Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure
• Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential)
