Job Title: SALES NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agents

Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

A smart, independent estate agent in Kingston upon Thames is expanding their sales team and seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator.

This role offers the chance to work with properties between Richmond Park and the River Thames in a busy, high-performing office. The ideal candidate will have previous residential sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the drive to deliver exceptional service while thriving both independently and as part of a team. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering and managing applicants

• Booking and conducting property viewings

• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage lenders, and surveyors

• Managing sales progression from offer to completion

• Delivering a first-class client experience at all times

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential sales

• Professional approach to customer service

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

• Excellent telephone manner

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Superb negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Full UK driving licence and own car

• Knowledge of Kingston area preferred
