SALES NEGOTIATOR– Residential Sales

A great role for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join a respected, forward-thinking estate agency in Brentwood, supporting buyers and sellers while providing outstanding customer service.

We’re seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join a progressive estate agency in Brentwood. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients through every stage of the sales process, from initial enquiry to completion. This position suits someone with experience in residential sales who enjoys working towards targets and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Register and qualify new applicants.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and applicants.
• Support the sales process from offer through to completion.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
• Generate and follow up new business opportunities.
• Deliver first-class customer service at all times.
• Keep accurate records on the CRM system. 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential property sales.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, professional, and well-presented.
• Motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Brentwood area (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
